Because every computation runs in your own browser, we have no access to your data and cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the tools.

4. Intellectual property

The HTML, CSS and JavaScript that power CodeKitBase are provided for you to use, copy and adapt on your own projects. Brand name, logo and site design remain owned by CodeKitBase.

5. Changes & termination

We may add, remove or modify tools at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeKitBase operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
